There's a brand new spin at bmibaby Cardiff Winter Wonderland this year with the largest ever wheel seen in Wales set to roll into the Civic Centre.The 60m high Wheel of Wales Cardiff is a new attraction offering spectacular views of the open air ice rink and panoramic aspects across the city.
The Wheel of Wales Cardiff opens on Thursday November 15 and is 30m taller than the Ferris wheel at last year's festive event. It includes 40 gondolas that can accommodate six people each on the 10 minute flights.
All capsules are enclosed and waterproof and passengers will be able to spot sights like Cardiff Castle and the Millennium Stadium from the dizzy heights at the top of the wheel.

Keith Bezant Receives Recognition
Keith Bezant is the latest member to be presented with a CSSC Certificate of Recognition.
At a social gathering organised by Cardiff Area Association on October 1st, Keith received the award courtesy of his invaluable service to the AA.
Keith's involvement covers many years during which time he was a key figure in helping to operate the AA's sport ground until its recent closure.
He has been ever present in the resurrection of the AA after the closure where his enthusiasm and experience has been warmly welcomed by the AA's committee comprising, with the exception of Keith, of members new to AA management.

Cardiff Area AGM 2007
On the 12th March 2007 the Annual General Meeting of CSSC Cardiff Area was held I am pleased to report that the current committee was unanimously reelected.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank on behalf of the members all of the committee for their efforts over the last year.
They give their time freely to ensure CSSC Cardiff Area goes from strength to strength to provide a varied selection of events, leisure activities and offers for the benefit of you the members.
