Rebate forms - with effect from 1st January 2008 this is the form you use to claim reimbursement from Cardiff Area for theatre claims, leisure centre claims, cricket and when we advertise specifc events where you can make a claim etc.
All claims need to be made within 1 month from the date of your event/visit.
Request Financial Support - use this form if you enter a specifc CSSC sprting event and you want Cardiff Area to consider supporting your entry to the event.
Please note claims should be made after you have participated in the event.
